1. Cancellation of Service

Customers may request service cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Prior to Service Activation:
    If you cancel your broadband subscription before the service is activated, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any non-refundable registration or installation charges.
  • After Service Activation:
    If you cancel after the service has been activated, refunds will be pro-rated or not applicable depending on the usage period:
    • Any used billing period is non-refundable.
    • Prepaid subscription fees for upcoming periods may be refunded only in exceptional cases at the discretion of CAPASS COMPUTERS PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • Hardware or Device Purchase:
    Devices provided for service activation (routers, modems, or other networking equipment) are non-refundable once installed unless defective. Damaged or missing devices may incur replacement charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in the following cases:

  1. Non-Activation of Service:
    • If we fail to activate the service within the promised timeline due to technical or feasibility issues.
    • Full refund of the subscription amount (excluding installation or device fees).
  2. Technical Infeasibility:
    • If the service cannot be delivered at the customer location due to network constraints, infrastructure, or regulatory restrictions.
  3. Payment Errors:
    • In cases where payments are duplicated or charged incorrectly, refunds will be processed promptly.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@capasscomputers.net within 7 days of payment or service activation.
  • Our support team will review the request and notify you of the refund eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees for partially or fully consumed billing periods.
  • Charges for installation, activation, or service relocation.
  • Hardware/devices once installed (except defective items).
  • Any penalties or late fees incurred due to violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Service Suspension & Refunds

  • If a service is suspended due to non-payment or violation of Terms of Service, it will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Customers may reactivate the service by clearing dues, but prior payments for suspension periods will not be refunded.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request cancellation or a refund, follow these steps:

    • Reason for cancellation/refund
