6. Billing, Payment, and Renewal

- Payments can be made securely online via Razorpay or through authorized offline channels.
- Invoices and receipts are generated electronically and sent to your registered email ID.
- Taxes such as GST are applicable as per government regulations.
- Non-payment or delay in renewal may result in service suspension.

7. Refund & Cancellation

8. Service Availability and Downtime

- Fiber cuts, power failures, or ISP-level issues

While we make every effort to restore connectivity quickly, CAPASS COMPUTERS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our control.
9. Equipment and Ownership
- Devices (routers, modems, switches, etc.) provided by CAPASS COMPUTERS PRIVATE LIMITED may remain company property unless purchased outright.
- Customers are responsible for safeguarding company-owned equipment.
- Damaged, lost, or unreturned devices will incur applicable replacement costs.
10. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Our broadband plans come with a Fair Usage Policy to ensure consistent service quality for all users.
Once the allocated high-speed data limit is reached, the speed may be reduced as per plan policy until the next billing cycle.
This ensures fair bandwidth distribution among all subscribers.
11. Limitation of Liability
CAPASS COMPUTERS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses due to downtime or data failure.
- Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (power, fiber damage, third-party providers).
- Customer’s misuse of the service or third-party interference.
Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid by the customer for the applicable billing cycle.
12. Termination or Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately if:
- Payments are overdue.
- You violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities.
- Requested by authorities or due to network misuse.
Upon termination, all pending dues and company-owned equipment must be cleared or returned.
13. Intellectual Property
